Asian-Style Sesame Stir Fry

A crunchy and colorful lunch full of flavor

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 medium red onion, sliced
  • 2 medium carrots, grated
  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 cups edamame beans
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper


  1. In a pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the onions, carrots and broccoli and fry for 4-5 minutes until they are a little softer
  2. Add the edamame beans and continue cooking, then sprinkle with the sesame seeds and season with salt and pepper to taste
